This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (local storage and session storage in your browser) are used on ysbmanager.ro, including the blog, the AI assistant on the website and the account at ysbmanager.ro/cont, what each of them does, how long it lasts and how you can accept, refuse or withdraw your consent. How we process personal data in general is described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by YSB Manager Limited, Hong Kong, Business Registration No. 81424168, 3906, 39/F, The Center, 99 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong (full details in section 1 of the Privacy Policy). Contact: office@ysbmanager.ro.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser and reads again on later visits. Local storage and session storage are similar places in your browser where a page can keep information; session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.

Under the rules on electronic communications (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, applied in Romania by Article 4(5) and (6) of Law 506/2004), we may store or read information in your browser only with your consent, except where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly asked for, such as signing in to your account.

3. The three categories and your choice

  • Strictly necessary: needed for the website, the account and the AI assistant to work and to stay secure. They do not need your consent and cannot be switched off in the banner; you can delete them from your browser, but some functions will then stop working.
  • Analytics: help us understand how the website is used (which pages are visited, how visitors arrive) so that we can improve it. Used only if you accept them.
  • Marketing: measure the results of our advertising on Google, Facebook and Instagram and show our ads to people who have visited the website (remarketing). Used only if you accept them.

On your first visit, the cookie banner asks for your choice. You can accept all, reject all or choose by category; rejecting is as easy as accepting. Until you accept a category, its cookies are not set: the Google and Meta tags start in the "denied" state (Google Consent Mode v2, default denied) and nothing is sent to Google or Meta. We ask again when we add new cookies.

4. The cookies we use

4.1. Strictly necessary

  • __Host-ysb_cont (cookie). Provider: YSB Manager, ysbmanager.ro/cont. Purpose: keeps you signed in to your account; it carries only a random code, which our server checks. Duration: 14 days from sign-in, or until you sign out.
  • __Host-ysb_tema (cookie). Provider: YSB Manager, ysbmanager.ro/cont. Purpose: remembers whether you chose the light or the dark theme of the account; set only when you choose a theme. Duration: 1 year.
  • ysb_admin_session (cookie). Provider: YSB Manager, licence server. Purpose: keeps members of our team signed in to the licence administration panel; not set for customers or visitors. Duration: 24 hours.
  • ysb-instalare-v1 and ysb-instalare-folder-v1 (local storage). Provider: YSB Manager, the installation page. Purpose: remember, only in your browser, the operating system, the choices you made during installation and the folder you entered, so you do not have to start over. Duration: until you clear your browser data.
  • getterms_init and getterms_cookie_consent (local storage). Provider: GetTerms, the cookie banner. Purpose: start the banner and remember your choice, so it is not shown on every page. Duration: until you change your choice or clear your browser data.
  • rmChat1sid, rmChat1log, rmChat1t0, rmChat1open (session storage, once the AI assistant is available on the website). Provider: YSB Manager, the AI assistant on the website. Purpose: keep the conversation you started with the assistant (a random conversation code, your last messages and the answers, the time of the first message and whether the window is open) while you move between pages. Duration: until you close the browser tab; the conversation is forgotten one hour after your first message.
  • __cf_bm and cf_clearance (cookies). Provider: Cloudflare, which protects the website against attacks and automated traffic. Purpose: __cf_bm tells people apart from automated programs, and cf_clearance remembers that your browser passed a security check. They are set only when this protection is triggered. Duration: __cf_bm 30 minutes of inactivity; cf_clearance 30 minutes by default.
  • wordpress_[hash], wordpress_logged_in_[hash] and wp-settings-[number] (cookies). Provider: WordPress, on ysbmanager.ro. Purpose: keep members of our team signed in to the website's administration; not set for visitors. Duration: for the sign-in session (WordPress default). The blog does not accept comments, so WordPress sets no cookies for readers.

4.2. Analytics (only with your consent)

We have not switched these on yet. This list describes what we will use once we do; until then they are not set, even if you accept them.

  • _ga (cookie). Provider: Google Analytics 4. Purpose: distinguishes one browser from another, so that visits can be counted. Duration: 2 years.
  • _ga_<container ID> (cookie). Provider: Google Analytics 4. Purpose: keeps the state of the current visit (session). Duration: 2 years.

4.3. Marketing (only with your consent)

We have not switched these on yet either; the same applies as in section 4.2.

  • _gcl_au (cookie, on ysbmanager.ro). Provider: Google Ads. Purpose: links a visit to an ad click and measures conversions (for example a demo request after an ad). Duration: 90 days.
  • _gcl_aw (cookie, on ysbmanager.ro). Provider: Google Ads. Purpose: stores the information of the Google ad you clicked to reach the website. Duration: 90 days.
  • IDE, test_cookie, ar_debug and DSID (cookies on Google's domains, for example doubleclick.net). Provider: Google. Purpose: show and measure ads, including showing our ads to people who visited the website (remarketing), and check whether the browser accepts cookies. Duration: IDE 13 months in the European Economic Area and the UK, test_cookie 15 minutes, ar_debug 90 days, DSID 2 weeks. Which of them your browser receives is decided by Google; the full list is in Google's advertising cookies list.
  • _fbp (cookie, on ysbmanager.ro). Provider: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel. Purpose: identifies the browser so that visits and actions on the website can be linked to our ads on Facebook and Instagram, measured and used for remarketing. Duration: 90 days.
  • _fbc (cookie, on ysbmanager.ro). Provider: Meta, through the Meta Pixel. Purpose: stores the click identifier when you reach the website from one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram. Duration: 90 days.
  • fr (cookie on facebook.com). Provider: Meta. Purpose: deliver, measure and improve the relevance of ads. Duration: 90 days. Meta also uses other cookies on its own domains, described in Meta's Cookies Policy.

5. The blog and the AI assistant

You can read the blog without an account. Reading it uses only the cookies above, depending on your choice in the banner.

The AI assistant is not yet available on the website. When it is, it will keep the conversation only in your browser tab (section 4.1) and will not ask for your name or email address; before that, we will name in the Privacy Policy the AI provider that prepares its answers. Please do not write personal or confidential information in it.

  • Open the cookie settings at any time with the cookie button in the bottom-left corner of the page, and change your choice for each category.
  • Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and takes effect from that moment: the analytics and marketing tags stop reading and writing cookies. It does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.
  • Cookies already stored stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them. You can delete them, and block cookies in general, from your browser's settings (usually under Privacy or Site data).

7. Data received by Google and Meta

When you accept analytics or marketing cookies, Google and Meta receive information about your visit (for example the pages visited, the browser and an identifier from the cookies above). Who is responsible for what, the legal bases, transfers outside the European Economic Area and your rights are explained in the Privacy Policy. For Meta, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers for collecting the data on our website and transmitting it to Meta; what Meta does with it afterwards is its own responsibility.

8. Changes

When we add, remove or change cookies, we update this page and the date at the top, and the banner asks for your consent again where needed.

Această politică explică ce cookie-uri și tehnologii asemănătoare (stocarea locală și stocarea de sesiune din browserul tău) se folosesc pe ysbmanager.ro, inclusiv pe blog, la asistentul AI de pe site și în contul de pe ysbmanager.ro/cont, ce face fiecare, cât durează și cum poți accepta, refuza sau retrage acordul. Cum prelucrăm datele personale în general scrie în Politica de confidențialitate.

1. Cine suntem

2. Ce sunt cookie-urile și tehnologiile asemănătoare

Un cookie este un mic fișier text pe care un site îl păstrează în browserul tău și îl citește din nou la vizitele următoare. Stocarea locală și stocarea de sesiune sunt locuri asemănătoare din browserul tău, în care o pagină poate păstra informații; stocarea de sesiune se golește când închizi tabul browserului. În această politică, "cookie-uri" înseamnă toate acestea.

Potrivit regulilor privind comunicațiile electronice (articolul 5 alineatul (3) din Directiva 2002/58/CE, aplicat în România prin articolul 4 alineatele (5) și (6) din Legea nr. 506/2004), putem păstra sau citi informații în browserul tău doar cu acordul tău, cu excepția cazului în care asta este strict necesar pentru a furniza un serviciu pe care l-ai cerut în mod expres, cum ar fi intrarea în contul tău.

3. Cele trei categorii și alegerea ta

  • Strict necesare: sunt necesare ca site-ul, contul și asistentul AI să funcționeze și să rămână în siguranță. Nu au nevoie de acordul tău și nu pot fi oprite din banner; le poți șterge din browser, dar atunci unele funcții nu vor mai merge.
  • De statistică: ne ajută să înțelegem cum e folosit site-ul (ce pagini sunt vizitate, cum ajung vizitatorii pe site), ca să îl putem îmbunătăți. Se folosesc doar dacă le accepți.
  • De marketing: măsoară rezultatele reclamelor noastre pe Google, Facebook și Instagram și arată reclamele noastre oamenilor care au vizitat site-ul (remarketing). Se folosesc doar dacă le accepți.

La prima vizită, bannerul de cookie-uri îți cere alegerea. Poți accepta tot, refuza tot sau alege pe categorii; refuzul e la fel de ușor ca acceptarea. Până nu accepți o categorie, cookie-urile ei nu se pun: etichetele Google și Meta pornesc în starea "refuzat" (Google Consent Mode v2, implicit refuzat) și nu se trimite nimic la Google sau la Meta. Îți cerem din nou acordul când adăugăm cookie-uri noi.

4. Cookie-urile pe care le folosim

4.1. Strict necesare

  • __Host-ysb_cont (cookie). Furnizor: YSB Manager, ysbmanager.ro/cont. Scop: te ține în cont după ce intri; conține doar un cod aleatoriu, pe care îl verifică serverul nostru. Durată: 14 zile de la intrare sau până ieși din cont.
  • __Host-ysb_tema (cookie). Furnizor: YSB Manager, ysbmanager.ro/cont. Scop: ține minte dacă ai ales tema deschisă sau închisă a contului; se pune doar când alegi o temă. Durată: 1 an.
  • ysb_admin_session (cookie). Furnizor: YSB Manager, serverul de licențe. Scop: ține în cont membrii echipei noastre în panoul de administrare a licențelor; nu se pune pentru clienți sau vizitatori. Durată: 24 de ore.
  • ysb-instalare-v1 și ysb-instalare-folder-v1 (stocare locală). Furnizor: YSB Manager, pagina de instalare. Scop: țin minte, doar în browserul tău, sistemul de operare, alegerile făcute la instalare și folderul pe care l-ai scris, ca să nu o iei de la capăt. Durată: până ștergi datele browserului.
  • getterms_init și getterms_cookie_consent (stocare locală). Furnizor: GetTerms, bannerul de cookie-uri. Scop: pornesc bannerul și țin minte alegerea ta, ca să nu apară pe fiecare pagină. Durată: până îți schimbi alegerea sau ștergi datele browserului.
  • rmChat1sid, rmChat1log, rmChat1t0, rmChat1open (stocare de sesiune, de când asistentul AI e disponibil pe site). Furnizor: YSB Manager, asistentul AI de pe site. Scop: păstrează conversația pe care ai început-o cu asistentul (un cod aleatoriu al conversației, ultimele tale mesaje și răspunsurile, ora primului mesaj și dacă fereastra e deschisă) cât timp treci de la o pagină la alta. Durată: până închizi tabul browserului; conversația se uită la o oră după primul tău mesaj.
  • __cf_bm și cf_clearance (cookie-uri). Furnizor: Cloudflare, care protejează site-ul de atacuri și de traficul automat. Scop: __cf_bm deosebește oamenii de programele automate, iar cf_clearance ține minte că browserul tău a trecut o verificare de securitate. Se pun doar când această protecție se declanșează. Durată: __cf_bm 30 de minute de inactivitate; cf_clearance implicit 30 de minute.
  • wordpress_[hash], wordpress_logged_in_[hash] și wp-settings-[number] (cookie-uri). Furnizor: WordPress, pe ysbmanager.ro. Scop: țin în cont membrii echipei noastre în administrarea site-ului; nu se pun pentru vizitatori. Durată: pe durata sesiunii de intrare (setarea implicită WordPress). Blogul nu primește comentarii, deci WordPress nu pune cookie-uri cititorilor.

4.2. De statistică (doar cu acordul tău)

Nu le-am pornit încă. Lista descrie ce vom folosi după ce le pornim; până atunci nu se pun, chiar dacă le accepți.

  • _ga (cookie). Furnizor: Google Analytics 4. Scop: deosebește un browser de altul, ca vizitele să poată fi numărate. Durată: 2 ani.
  • _ga_<container ID> (cookie). Furnizor: Google Analytics 4. Scop: păstrează starea vizitei curente (sesiunea). Durată: 2 ani.

4.3. De marketing (doar cu acordul tău)

Nici pe acestea nu le-am pornit încă; se aplică același lucru ca la punctul 4.2.

  • _gcl_au (cookie, pe ysbmanager.ro). Furnizor: Google Ads. Scop: leagă o vizită de un clic pe o reclamă și măsoară conversiile (de exemplu o cerere de demonstrație după o reclamă). Durată: 90 de zile.
  • _gcl_aw (cookie, pe ysbmanager.ro). Furnizor: Google Ads. Scop: păstrează informațiile reclamei Google pe care ai dat clic ca să ajungi pe site. Durată: 90 de zile.
  • IDE, test_cookie, ar_debug și DSID (cookie-uri pe domeniile Google, de exemplu doubleclick.net). Furnizor: Google. Scop: afișează și măsoară reclamele, inclusiv arătarea reclamelor noastre oamenilor care au vizitat site-ul (remarketing), și verifică dacă browserul acceptă cookie-uri. Durată: IDE 13 luni în Spațiul Economic European și în Regatul Unit, test_cookie 15 minute, ar_debug 90 de zile, DSID 2 săptămâni. Care dintre ele ajung în browserul tău decide Google; lista completă este în lista Google de cookie-uri pentru publicitate.
  • _fbp (cookie, pe ysbmanager.ro). Furnizor: Meta (Facebook și Instagram), prin Meta Pixel. Scop: identifică browserul, ca vizitele și acțiunile de pe site să poată fi legate de reclamele noastre de pe Facebook și Instagram, măsurate și folosite pentru remarketing. Durată: 90 de zile.
  • _fbc (cookie, pe ysbmanager.ro). Furnizor: Meta, prin Meta Pixel. Scop: păstrează identificatorul clicului când ajungi pe site dintr-una dintre reclamele noastre de pe Facebook sau Instagram. Durată: 90 de zile.
  • fr (cookie pe facebook.com). Furnizor: Meta. Scop: livrează, măsoară și îmbunătățește relevanța reclamelor. Durată: 90 de zile. Meta folosește și alte cookie-uri pe propriile domenii, descrise în Politica de cookie-uri a Meta.

5. Blogul și asistentul AI

Poți citi blogul fără cont. Citirea lui folosește doar cookie-urile de mai sus, după alegerea ta din banner.

Asistentul AI nu este încă disponibil pe site. Când va fi, va păstra conversația doar în tabul browserului tău (punctul 4.1) și nu îți va cere numele sau adresa de email; înainte de asta, vom numi în Politica de confidențialitate furnizorul de AI care îi pregătește răspunsurile. Te rugăm să nu scrii în el informații personale sau confidențiale.

  • Deschizi oricând setările de cookie-uri cu butonul de cookie-uri din colțul din stânga jos al paginii și îți schimbi alegerea pentru fiecare categorie.
  • Retragerea acordului e la fel de ușoară ca acordarea lui și are efect din acel moment: etichetele de statistică și de marketing nu mai citesc și nu mai scriu cookie-uri. Retragerea nu afectează ce s-a făcut înainte de ea.
  • Cookie-urile deja păstrate rămân în browserul tău până expiră sau până le ștergi. Le poți șterge, și poți bloca cookie-urile în general, din setările browserului (de obicei la Confidențialitate sau Date site).

7. Datele primite de Google și Meta

Când accepți cookie-urile de statistică sau de marketing, Google și Meta primesc informații despre vizita ta (de exemplu paginile vizitate, browserul și un identificator din cookie-urile de mai sus). Cine răspunde de ce, temeiurile juridice, transferurile în afara Spațiului Economic European și drepturile tale sunt explicate în Politica de confidențialitate. Pentru Meta, noi și Meta Platforms Ireland Limited suntem operatori asociați pentru colectarea datelor de pe site-ul nostru și transmiterea lor către Meta; ce face Meta cu ele după aceea este responsabilitatea ei.

8. Modificări

Când adăugăm, scoatem sau schimbăm cookie-uri, actualizăm această pagină și data de la început, iar bannerul îți cere din nou acordul acolo unde e nevoie.
